Cole Faust 1aba0b0461 Fix array-related errorprone warnings 
The ArrayEquals, ArrayHashCode, ArrayToString, and
ArraysAsListPrimitiveArray errorprone findings were
demoted from errors to warnings. Fix existing
occurrences of them so they can be made errors again.
