Raman Tenneti bada9f9b46 AOSP/Messaging - Added LOCAL_COMPATIBILITY_SUITE := device-tests to fix "Missing test_suite setting for test". 
+ Added keepclass ContactPickerFragment to fix the following exception.
  Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: Didn't find class "com.android.messaging.ui.contact.ContactPickerFragment"

Bug: 126516784

Test: make messagingtests and tested the messaging UI manually. Ran the following CTS tests on Pixel phone.

Colin Cross 86e0cae74b Don't use LOCAL_PROGUARD_ENABLED := nosystem 
This is the only user of nosystem, and it doesn't seem to serve
any purpose since most of the system flags are then manually
included back again.  Switch to optimization + obfuscation and
let the build system provide the correct flags file.

Test: classes.dex is identical, classes-proguard.jar differs only
      in removed StackMapTable sections (from -dontpreverify?).

Shinichiro Hamaji aa7dc685ef Let Messaging dex depend on proguard flag file 
The dex file will have the proguard flag file as an input
after this change.

Neil Fuller ef3cc713d4 Pin messaging to use Jack with 1.7 language 
There is a bug in the current version of Jack
that causes problems when the default is changed to
1.8. Pinning to 1.7 appears to help.

Yohann Roussel bf6bd40faa Re-enable Jack for Messaging and its tests 
Jack was disabled because of bugs in Jack and missing support for testing
obfuscated applications. Both are now fixed so Jack can be enabled.
