On light background they stand out lighter, but on dark they just blend
in - we can reuse the attachment background to fix that!

* Commit 5628e20 introduced different colors for light and dark
mode but unfortunately chose a too light color so it was equal
to the background

Fixes the background in dark mode. Also modify the color for light
mode to be a very light shade of the neutral color.
