A vcf file can alias to both "text/vCard" and "text/x-vCard" MIME
types and an ics file can alias to "text/vCalendar" as well as
"text/x-vCalendar". However, if LineageOS does not get the "x-"
MIME type, it will incorrectly display an empty MMS.

Load an icon image for audio files from app resources instead because
ContentResolver#getTypeInfo() is for API level >= 29.
And it includes size-fit ic_photo_library_light images also.

New ContactMediaChooser allows the user to pick a contact from contacts
apps as attachment.

GalleryMediaChooser supports audio types also. It displays simple audio
icon and file info for audio files on grid views.

GalleryMediaChooser supports video types and more image types also. And
video thumbnails are overlaid with the play button image to distinguish
between images and videos.
Note:
1. EXTRA_ALLOW_MULTIPLE is not specified for ACTION_GET_CONTENT.
2. Files, methods and variables' name are still including "image".
3. Content descriptions are not updated.

* Check to make sure the returned uri from the gallery picker does
not point to bugle's data directory (or any subdir).

* I created the test app in the bug, the one that injects the bad
uri into Bugle. I verified the bad behavior before the fix and the
good behavior after.
* I tested the gallery to make sure picking photos,
from the photos app and drive, still work.
* I verified the behavior in the debugger to be sure the code is
catching the bad uri from the test app.
