Michael W 37f7aaea87 Messaging: Fix wrong enum value 
* Apparently in QPR2, Material Design specifies iconSize which is set
  as a dimension (18dp) and overwrites ours which is an enum
* Fix it by choosing a unique name for the styleable

Michael W a2f67b4f7b Messaging: Remove GServices 
We don't have an actual implementation returning anything but the
defaults, so apply the defaults directly anywhere we need them
